Welcoming and house preparation

We prepare the house for the guests with cleaning, the upgrading of accommodations in the kitchen and in the bathrooms (condiments, care products, etc). We also prepare the beds and we provide, wash, and press all the household linen. Your own linen is never used by your guests.

Rental Representation Fee

For all rental representation services, we apply a flat rate from 15% including tax of the amount of rentals received. This flat rate varies according to the level of service desired and your reservation policy. We are at your disposal to establish the rate that best suits your needs.

In addition, this "rental representation service" package includes management services if the property is rented for at least 2 weeks in the month.
