Visits, groceries, and the preparation of the house

We visit and ventilate your house to upkeep it in your absence as well as monitor it in the event of weather events (winds, heavy storm, frost, etc.) to ensure that everything is preserved or to note potential damage and have the necessary repairs carried out as quickly as possible (all interventions are carried out on an estimate and with your agreement).


We also prepare your house for your arrival: starting the heating or air conditioning, cleaning, preparing the beds, grocery shopping and filling the fridge, receiving your packages and deliveries, cleaning the garden, opening the swimming pool, etc. .. When you arrive home, all you have to do is enjoy your stay.

Indoor, pool, and garden maintenance

Maintenance of the fireplace, air conditioning, exterior and interior paintings, garden, swimming pool, spa, etc... your house and its exteriors need a team of professionals to take care of their maintenance throughout the year.


Maison Benoit puts you in touch with its network of professionals (if you do not already have your partners) and coordinates their services to guarantee you perfect control of the costs and the quality.

Repairs, renovations, and decorations

Céline, our founder and interior designer, supports you in your decoration and renovation projects: investment evaluation, 2D plans, 3D modeling and shopping assistance.


We also allow you to benefit from our network of professional wholesale and partner companies and monitor the upkeep of your home for you during your absence until your arrival.
Price excluding housekeeping package: on estimate depending on the project.

Housekeeping rates

For housekeeping services (excluding renovation and decoration work on estimate) we apply a flat rate from €150 including tax/month without commitment, and a personalized estimate depending on the size of the house and the frequency of services.


Moreover, if you entrust us with your property as a Rental Representation service, then the Stewardship package is offered for all the months when the house is rented for at least 2 weeks. See below.
